Hi, I am Rob Dispennett. I’ve been the preacher at Knightsville since December 2005. Lana and I have been married 20 years and have four children. The kids range in age from 4 to 18. I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Economics. I had an insurance practice until beginning full-time ministry in 2000. I love being in the ministry. It’s my great joy to help people develop their faith and to express their love of Jesus by simple humble obedience to Him. While I enjoy preaching from the pulpit, my real love is teaching in a bible class setting and especially still, when that bible study is held in someone’s home. I love Jesus and love being a servant to His people. I relish the opportunity to increase the faith of a believer in Jesus and assist them in their walk with Him. One of my favorite things is to tell someone that I’m ready to serve them, “morning, noon or night”- and I mean it. While I never see myself as “off-duty”, I do enjoy camping, boating and a variety of kinds of carpentry and construction – especially when those activities take me to a place where I might get an opportunity to preach or lead a bible study!
